Come and visit our unique Farmers’ Market situated off Main Street Kinmount along the Burnt River. Turn west at Gateway Store by the bridge. The charming riverside setting between the Historic Kinmount Railway Station and the Austin Sawmill Heritage Park, offers a tranquil setting for a beautiful Saturday morning at the market.
The Kinmount Farmer’s Market is sad to announce the passing of a long time friend and vendor, Bill Muldrew. For many years Bill was a versatile vendor of produce, chicken, syrup, and more. Our condolences and sympathy go out to Bill’s friends and family.
An obituary and tributes for Bill can be found on the Allison Funeral home website: //allisonfuneralhome.com/tribute/details/1379/Bill-Muldrew/obituary.html
The weekend of August 31st was the Kinmount fair and some of our Kinmount Farmers’ Market vendors were there for the weekend with their goodies.
Come help us kick off the 2019 season at our opening day market on May 18th, 2019!
Early season offerings include garlic, micro-greens, baked goods, honey, prepared foods, crafts, jewelry, photography, and more!
If you’re in need of some true gardening expertise, the Master Gardeners of the Horticultural Society will graciously host an information booth to answer your questions and provide advice.
And if all that isn’t enough, you could be lucky enough to win our opening day gift basket.
We will have free cake as well as activities for little ones.
Plus, there will also be a Farrier-Blacksmith Demonstration by Mike Mehak, making horseshoes and forging other iron creations.
